| 2 - Making a Purchase |
Simply browse through our website using the links available and “add to basket” the products that you wish to purchase. Either at the top of the page or next to each product, there will be an explanation of how each product is sold (i.e. per 1/4 metre). Type in the “quantity” box how much of the product you require. Once you have finished shopping, simply click “go to checkout” where you will need to enter your payment details.
After you have placed your order, an email will be sent to you confirming the details of your order. In the event of a product being out of stock, we will send you an email advising you of an estimated delivery date. If this is not acceptable, a refund will be issued. |
| 3 - Out of Stock Items |
If an item is out of stock, we will advise you of an estimated delivery date. You may cancel your order if you do not wish to wait, or it can be placed on back-order.

| 4 - Conditions of Sale |
The product photographs are for illustrative purposes only, and an exact representation cannot be guaranteed due to differences in technical equipment. If you are looking for an exact colour match, we recommend that you use the easy “sample request” order form available next to each fabric product. We are able to send a maximum of 6 samples to each customer at any one time. Please note, that whilst we try to ensure that the swatch you receive will be from the same batch that you order, rolls of fabric do vary in dye lot, and slight variations in colour may occur.
In the event of certain items being out of stock, i.e. haberdashery, we may substitute those items for another of equal price and quality.
Each product will be carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure your goods you receive are to your satisfaction.

Please be assured that this is a secure website in association with both paypoint.net and paypal. Any information that you provide is used solely to process your order, and we never store credit card details of any customer. |
| 6 - Postage and Delivery |
Our postage charges are as follows:
£0 - £49.99 = £3.95 (First Class - 2-5 days)
£0 - £49.99 = £5.50 (Special Delivery - nexy day on orders before 11am)
Over £50.00 = FREE Postage (First Class - 2-5 days)
Over £50.00 = £5.50 (Special Delivery - next day on orders before 11am)
We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible, and it should reach you within 7 days. Please note that services are subject to availability.
No overseas delivery. |
| 7 - Returns Policy |
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days after the day of delivery to return the product to us at your own cost, for either a refund or an exchange. To do this, please either email us or telephone us to notify us of the return. Returned goods must be packaged adequately to protect against damage. Please return the goods to: Fabrics Plus, 6 The Centre, Keynsham, Bristol, BS31 1ED. Please note that only goods in their original condition/packaging will be entitled to a full refund. |
