Our postage charges are as follows:
PLEASE NOTE: We send our parcels via recorded post, and therefore your order will require a signature. If this is not convenient for you, please email us and we will send it via standard 1st class post. If a signature has not been obtained, then Royal Mail will leave a card for you to pick it up from your nearest Post Office.
Overseas delivery will be subject to a higher postage charge, as follows:
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. For UK deliveries, orders are sent via first class Royal Mail and should reach you within 2-5 working days, but we suggest you allow 7 days for unforeseen circumstances (such as bad weather).
Our Special Delivery Service is also provided by Royal Mail. We will dispatch orders received before 11am the same working day, in which case you will receive your parcel before 1pm the next working day. For overseas deliveries we use Royal Mail Airmail.
Please note that overseas deliveries will take up to 14 days to be delivered due to the postage system. Parcels sent overseas are non-trackable and therefore the chance of lost parcels must be taken at the buyer's own risk. Please note that services are subject to availability.
If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days after the day of delivery to return the product to us at your own cost, for either a refund or an exchange. To do this, please either email us or telephone us to notify us of the return. Returned goods must be packaged adequately to protect against damage.
Please note that only goods in their original condition/packaging will be entitled to a full refund. The cost of goods will be refunded only, excluding packing and postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
